These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services offered by Smoky's Furniture. By purchasing from or interacting with us, you agree to these Terms.

• Product information, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

• A 50% payment is due at the time of purchase.
• The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or pick-up.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

• Delivery charges are applied based on the location of delivery and order size.
• While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Returns are only accepted while delivery is in progress.
• Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
• A 15% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns.
• Customers must inspect items upon delivery for any issues or damage.

• Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty, which we will honor as applicable.
• Smoky's Furniture is not liable for issues resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.

Smoky's Furniture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any legal action must be filed in the appropriate courts of Sevier County, Tennessee.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
